Where do you ship?
We deliver all across Pakistan with standard shipping charges of Rs 250.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after order confirmation.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, our courier (Postex/Trax) will contact you on your 
provided phone number for delivery.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is 
damaged or incorrect.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) & JazzCash.

How do I place an order?
Simply add your favorite jewelry to cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details 
and place your order. For COD, payment is collected at delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
