of our jewelry. Please read our return policy 
carefully before placing an order.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns 
or exchanges unless the item received is 
damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please 
contact us within 24 hours of Delivery with

We do not offer refunds on:
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items

For COD orders, refunds are not applicable 
once the order has been accepted at delivery.
